Are fake pine cones sold in pieces so you can make them together yourself?
Is there a store that might sell fake pine cones in pieces, so you can put them together, even if it includes gluing, and if the inside is just solid unlike the inside of a real pine cone? I want to make something that looks like a pine cone on the outside, but I need the parts that stick out on the outside, which are hard to see deep in between and tell how fake it is compared to a real pine cone.
Use styrofoam and flat wooden sticks (popsicle). Then spray paint brownish green. You could try Hobby Lobby or Micheal's supplies and materials.
